How It Works:
Each participant will get a PDF handout that we will work through in the training. We will focus on several areas:
- Target Accounts
- Total Revenue #
- Total Income #
- Skills Required
- Attitude / Mindset Shifts Required
- Prospecting Activities
- Centers of Influence
- Personal Goals (Health, fitness, relationships)
- Weekly Cadence
Then the end of each area, we will coach your team – in case there are any questions or circumstances that we need to address.
At the conclusion, each person will leave with a comprehensive 2021 plan that they can execute on.
How to Sign Up:
- Click the button below to get the ball rolling and have a 30 minute intro call with the ASP Team. On that call, we’ll discuss your team and a couple of the customer situations you want us to work on. At the conclusion of that call, if it fits, we’ll set a date on your calendar that works for the program.
- We will spend 2 hours with your team crafting a custom plan for them to hit the ground running in 2021.
- You’ll get an audio recording of the call as well as a transcript of what we talked about for you to use in future meetings.
